RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
INITIAL AND FURTHER ORDERS
A. Our policy is not to refund but only to exchange unusable product.
B. All Customers and/or Affiliated have a thirty (30) day to return the product, All unused product(s) must be returned by a traceable means of delivery to the Company. The Customer and/or Affiliated is responsible for shipping charges to return the product(s). Yamo International will NOT refund, but will exchange only with same product. Product returned must be unopened. The maximum openned part accepted have to be less than 5PV value. To initiate the return process, Customers and/or Affiliated must call Yamo International within thirty (30) days of placing their initial order and request a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All unused product(s) must be returned by a traceable means of delivery to the Company or its country representative within fourteen (14) days after contacting Customer Service. Upon receipt, the return will be noted and a replacement of product will be issued within thirty (30) days. Initial order, means the very first order from a new customer is replaced in double (1 piece as initial product returned is exchanged by 2 pieces, 2 by 4… of the same product). Any second or further order, made after the initial order, follows all rules applying to the below Return Policy, but exchanged by the same product/quantity/value.
C. Free exchange Period (FEP): The FEP shall begin the day that the Customer and/or Affiliated makes their initial order. The Customer and/or Affiliated will have three (3) business days to call the Company at (514)-560-2201 and ask to change the order. Exchange is possible only for another another product with same value or more. If more, a balance payment will be required. The Policies & Procedures three (3) business days will be defined as the office hours.
RETURN POLICY
A. Returns on Initial Orders are covered in the Initial Order Guarantee section above. Any subsequent product orders must be returned based upon this Return Policy. Affiliated and/or Customers are responsible for the cost incurred in shipping product back to the Company’s headquarters or country representative by a traceable means after following the procedures outlined in the Return Policy.
B. For product to be returned, the product must be in resalable condition. To be classified as « resalable », the product must be unopened and unencumbered, with current labels and seals intact and in good condition. Product is not regarded as « resalable » if the shelf life or expiration date is within one hundred eighty (180) days or six (6) months of expiration, if the product(s) seals have been broken or tampered with, if the item has been discontinued, or if a particular item has been originally sold under a clearly defined, discontinued, seasonal, or special promotion. Product condition will be determined after thorough examination by the Company.
C. The shipping of returned product is the charge of the customer, but the shipping of the exchanged product is the charge of Yamo International. Any set offs, Commissions, bonuses or rebates paid to the affiliated or the Affiliated Upline that are attributable to the returned product will be maintain or re-evaluated when needed.
D. Exchange guidelines for non-terminating accounts are the following:
- i. Product return requests is only within 30 days upon purchase to be returned and exchanged
- ii. A same product type may only be exchanged and re-shipped to customer.
- iii. Returns are subject extra charge only if the exchanged product has a value more.
- iv. No more than two (2) return process is accepted per month per afiliated customer.
E. If this Return Policy conflicts with a particular law of jurisdiction, where a specific buy-back requirement has been enacted by the law, the Company shall repurchase resalable product(s) in accordance with the applicable statute.
F. Exceptions to the Return Policy may be applied by the Company in instances in which extenuating circumstances may require. If, in Yamo’s sole discretion, any product was ordered in an effort to Qualify a Leg or take advantage of a promotion, such product(s) are not returnable and no exchange will be possible.
